To the extent permitted by Kenyan law, Brexion's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the relevant session.

6. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya, in accordance with the Constitution of Kenya and the Civil Procedure Act.
